Your property maintenance issue can be created on the App which will be automatically captured and lodged directly to our Maintenance Manager. Please include photos where possible, Emergency requests will be submitted directly to the trade supplier.

You can check the status of your requests at any time… It’s as simple as that!

Emergency Repairs

We understand that emergency repairs will need to be carried out in the event that an issue has occurred outside business hours.

What is considered an emergency repair? 

  • Blocked or broken toilet
  • A serious roof leak
  • A dangerous electrical fault
  • Flooding or serious flood damage
  • Serious storm or fire damage
  • A failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the premises
  • A failure or breakdown of the hot water service
  • A fault or damage which makes the premises unsafe or insecure.

Please be advised any maintenance work that is organised by a tenant that is not considered an emergency may be at the tenant’s expense. Other examples of urgent repairs are contained in your lease agreement. If such repairs are necessary you must immediately contact our office on 02 9380 5888 or by lodging it in the Maintenenace Manager app. In the event the matter occurs after hours and is an emergency, please contact one of our Emergency Contractors below:

How to Handle Damages During a Natural Disaster 
The below details are the best points of contact for any emergency. We cannot stress enough that contents insurance is the sole responsibility of the tenant, and without it, you will be unable to recover any damaged personal belongings in the event of a storm.
